Broadly speaking I am able to deliver both Retail Project Management resource, and consultancy into your organisation - I.e I can actually manage Projects and Programmes, or advise on how you might deliver projects better.
In addition to this I am also available to provide an onsite audit service for all UK stores, encompassing a retail walkround, and secret shopping function, that will benchmark agreed KPIs that your organisation has defined (and if they are not yet defined, I can consult on potential instore KPIs)
My newest consultancy service is in the field of digital convergence technologies into traditional stores. This is anything from very simple QR codes to your POS to encourage shoppers to seek out further more rich media surrounding your products, right through to elaborate apps for mobile devices that enhance the shopping experience, and encourage spending.
