At the very core of my success is my creativity, as a designer I am able to comprehend the technical aspects to projects in much greater detail, this has a hugely beneficial effect on the outcome of the project, and enables me to bring enourmous added value to the table.
The key to good Project Management can be summed up in three stages. Quality scoping. Regular quality reviews and Intelligent and fast response to issues.
I
believe firmly in keeping it as simple as possible - the Project will
always bring its own complexity. What 'method' do I use? well it owes
most to the Prince2 methodology, however flexibility in your approach is
key to making sure outcomes are optimal.
My involvement in Projects range from taking a top line purely consultative role, right through to rolling sleeves up and becoming embedded within the team, it really does come down to what is needed to be assured of success.
